Provide the leadership and direction in managing all the aspects of human resources in factory from industrial relations issues and employment issues to support other department achieve the profitable growth and also to exceed customer expectation.

Qualification

* Education : Min S1 Degree from Management or Law

* Min. 7 years in HR position.

* Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or GMP and Labour Regulations.

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Good planning and organising skills

* Interpersonal skill, easy to build rapport with people

* Capability to manage labor issues
