The growth of training divisions, has expanded our services develop into company outing, convention, seminars, and family gathering. Outing Program is one of SINTESA service which was rising due to the needs of additional value in the company activities. With the experience and solid knowledge in training, SINTESA has been assigned to handle a lot of outing programs, wherein the program itself associated with difficulties occur in the company
All SINTESA programs are flexible to be adjusted in accordance with clients' requirement. Most adjustment applied by emphasizing and focusing particular insights, which relevant to the challenge that company faced.
Adjustment can also be made in the relation with duration of company permission. Our programs can be split into consecutive events whereby the company afford to release their employee to participate in the event.
